There are weddings that are over-the-top, super-luxurious multi-day-events and there are wedding days where the couple decides to celebrate with a small group of friends and family and have a laid-back-garden-barbeque. Evelyne and Luca’s wedding definitely fell into the second category.
They had met in the nowadays almost oldfashioned way: Through friends. They both enjoy being out in nature, often take long walks and love (seasonal) food. Those were probably some of the reasons why they picked the Biohof Zug, a smallish farm, as their location. The Biohof is located on hillside with a stunning view of Lake Zug and usually has a small farmer’s shop where you can get just about any kind of seasonal produce and products. After closing time, the shop transforms into a venue for private events. And that’s where Evelyne and Luca celebrated their wonderful wedding day.
First, they had a small reception outside where guests could enjoy the warm evening before moving inside to chat and enjoy their grill-buffet. It was a beautifully laid-back wedding with delicious food and wonderful people who came together to celebrate a couple whom I immediately took a liking to :)
