Nadine & Cyrill — Sandra Ardizzone Photography - intimate weddings in Europe and beyond

Nadine and Cyrill have been together for a decade. They have two cats, have moved together multiple times, experienced many ups and downs before deciding to get married. Almost surprising, considering that their relationship started through the internet - something that was still quite uncommon back then. I still remember the many nights I myself spent chatting with friends through MSN messenger - and meeting one of my best friends through there - and that’s also where Nadine and Cyrill met. Man, that makes us sound old, but that’s how it was. They then decided to meet up in person once during the summer after having chatted back and forth for a while. They didn’t decide to finally figure out who it was they had been texting with for so long because the longig was too strong, but simply because both of them were bored since their friends had all left for vacation - “Our relationship basically only exists because of boredom”, Cyrill said with a smirk when we met.

Which made it clear: This is a couple that jokes together, has fun together and will definitely have one hell of a celebration! And that’s how it turned out to be.

They celebrated in the beautiful “Giardino Verde” in Uitikon ZH where they had a romantic ceremony led by Katrin from Traumich.ch, a reception outside that made everyone feel as if they were in Tuscany and finally a beautiful and tasty dinner inside where friends of theirs sang some songs and played some music. All in all it was probably the dream of a wedding most couples have: Relaxed, stress-free and full of love.
