If you believe in soulmates, then these two would be the perfect definition! Sarina and Cédric met as kids through school and got together when they were only 13 years old - “But I had already had a crush on him for over a year before that”, says Sarina. So one night the teenager decided this was it: Either he’d want to be with her as boyfriend and girlfriend or their friendship couldn’t continue. And although Cédric wasn’t sure at first I think it’s pretty clear how he decided.
After so many years together I think it’s safe to say that they’re not only a couple, but best friends as well. And that’s so clear in the way they interact with, speak to each other and just in the little glances they give each other while talking. After Sarina finally got her long-awaited engagement ring she didn’t wait long and started planning right away “I had had this folder with all the inspiration on my phone for years, after all”, she says. And so when we met eleven months before their wedding day they had already a good understanding of what their day would look like. Now I can’t wait to see how it all comes together for these two cuties!
My suggestion is always to pick the venue first, especially if you have a pretty clear idea of what you’d like. And then continue with the photographer, officiant, DJ, followed by florist, make-up-artist and other vendors you might need. Of course, if one of those things is more important than another to you, you can also pick a date according to the availability of that vendor.
